add additional definitions to "insider" and/or apply it in new and creative ways

Actually, that second part is what I'm more concerned about. IIRC, there are numerous definitions of "insider" already on the books and a creative prosecutor will probably combine a few to create new combinations...

Regardless, it's not an issue that I'm going to risk in this space at the present time. ;)
