importer v1.5 does not keep outline level

I am trying to transfer many MS project [2003] into DP.
Using: PHP4.1.20, MySQL 4.1.7, DP 2.1-rc1, backup module 2.0, importer V1.5:

Transfer seems to go well but doesnt. the hierachy [outline] in the MS project is lost in the translation.

I tried few reinstalls etc.. nothing did fix the problem. tried many projects. All affected.

Any Hint on what could be tried next?
