XML specification

Hi,
When importing the XML file I get;
...This Project File was created as an export of Microsoft Project Webserver and does not conform to the Microsoft Project XML Specification. Therefore it might not have imported as you expected...

This results in no tasks in the project imported

All I do is 'save as' in project 2003 SP3 to get the xml so not sure I end up with a icompatible format
