Disclosure: Although I am a shameless promoter of the DCPHP Community, my only formal role is one of the three moderators on the mailing list. Other than being a member of the group, I have no title, investment, or financial/legal ties to any of the groups involved. I just believe firmly that success for the conference and the community means bigger success for the community... myself included on both sides of that equation.

If you haven't been to a TECH cocktail.. it's simply an experience. Wow. It was a continuous stream of chaos and ideas... friendly faces, both new and old... some tasty drinks... and it was a complete and total blur. I didn't go more than 30 seconds without being introduced to someone, running into someone, or being grilled for information.

Last time around it was a veritable "who's who" of the local DC Tech Community. You had some of the the political types and the marketing types, but you also had groups ranging from Amnesty Widgets to Mixx to Razoo to Clearspring. Here are some details in their own words:
